Design, Space, and Visual Composition in the Works of Kumudini Lakhia

Participants will be taken through Gestalt's Design Principles by means of picture reading and analysing images and tableaus designed in Kumudini Lakhia's choreographic works (ranging from 1970s up until 2020).

It will be supported by short dances and live demonstrations along with a concise exercise involving the participants.

This is part of the AltiPalti Festival in Mumbai, April 2026.
