No Lights No Lycra is a free-form dance experience designed for anyone and everyone who wants to let go, move freely, and feel the joy of dance without fear of judgment. Originating in Melbourne, this global movement invites people into a darkened space where the focus is not on how you look, but how you feel.

There are no spotlights, no choreography, no mirrors, and no pressure to perform.  Just music, darkness, and the freedom to move however your body wants. Whether you’re a seasoned dancer, someone who hasn’t danced since childhood, or simply looking for a fun way to de-stress, No Lights No Lycra gives you permission to switch off from the outside world, connect with yourself, and leave feeling lighter, happier, and more alive.
