About the artist:
Jyoti Mayi is an international sound artist, researcher, and performer based in Mexico City, working at the intersection of experimental music, meditation, and traditional sonic technologies. Her work has been presented internationally across Latin America, North America, Europe, and India in academic, experimental, and spiritually oriented contexts. The performances are designed as immersive, deep-listening, meditative experiences and tend to attract audiences seeking both artistic rigor and contemplative, transformative engagement.

Her newest full-length album, Acoustic Levitation, is a live sonic ritual based on Sanskrit mantras, experimental electronics, and custom-built pre-Columbian wind instruments.
She merges electronic frequencies, field recordings, pre-Columbian flutes, conch trumpets, and Sanskrit mantra into an immersive arc of resonance and rising energy. Named for the real scientific phenomenon in which sound waves suspend matter in mid-air, ACOUSTIC LEVITATION invites a poetic reimagining of resonance and inner ascent.
