An immersive Art + Coaching workshop to help you let go, reflect and find your creative flow. Through the playful freedom of abstract art, you'll explore self-expression, learn simple techniques like mark-making and mixing, and create your very own abstract painting to take home.
Along the way, we'll weave in powerful coaching frameworks to help you harness your creative flow to self-reflect. You will discover tools you can use to move out of your comfort zone, and toward your growth zone. No experience needed. No materials required. Just show up with a curious mind and good cheer! 

Led by abstract artist Shibani Nayak and NYU-certified coach Shefali Nath Gupta.
