All ticket purchases on Alt Shows are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once booking is confirmed.
If a show is cancelled by the organiser, Alt Shows notifies ticket holders via email and/or WhatsApp. A credit note, exchange, or refund of face value may be offered at Alt Shows discretion.
Your ticket remains valid for the new date. If you cannot attend, contact us within 48 hours of the rescheduling announcement.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before showtime. Late entry may be denied by the venue or organiser.
Some shows have age restrictions. Please check the show page before booking. Entry can be refused if restrictions are not met.
Photography and recording policies vary by show and venue. Unless explicitly allowed, recording/photographing performances is not permitted.
Treat artists, venue teams, and fellow audience with respect. Organisers/venues can remove disruptive attendees without refund.
Prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes unless noted. Optional give-back contributions are separate.
Name, email, and phone are used for ticket delivery and show communication. Alt Shows does not sell personal data.
