1. Ticket Sales are Final
All ticket purchases on Alt Shows are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations once a booking is confirmed. Please ensure you have selected the correct show, date, time and number of tickets before completing your purchase.

2. Show Cancellations by Organiser
In the rare event that a show is cancelled by the organiser, Alt Shows will notify all ticket holders via email. At its sole discretion, Alt Shows may offer a credit note, exchange or refund for the face value of the ticket. Platform fees, where applicable, are non-refundable.

3. Show Rescheduling
If a show is rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of the rescheduling announcement.

4. Entry & Venue Policy
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the show. Late entry may not be permitted at the discretion of the venue or organiser. Alt Shows is not responsible for admission refusals due to late arrival. Ticket holders must comply with the venue's rules and the organiser's entry requirements.

5. Age Restrictions
Some shows carry age restrictions. It is your responsibility to check the age suitability listed on the show page before booking. Alt Shows and the venue reserve the right to refuse entry if age restrictions are not met, without refund.

6. Photography & Recording
Photography and recording policies vary by show and venue. Unless explicitly stated, recording or photographing performances is not permitted. Please follow the organiser's instructions on the day.

7. Community Conduct
Alt Shows supports independent and alternative culture. We expect all attendees to treat artists, venue staff and fellow audience members with respect. Organisers and venues reserve the right to remove attendees who disrupt the experience, without refund.

8. Pricing & Taxes
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. The voluntary "Give Back" contribution is separate from the ticket price and goes directly towards supporting the Alt Shows platform and the independent arts community.

9. Data & Privacy
Your name, email and phone number are collected solely for the purpose of ticket delivery, booking confirmation and show-related communication. We do not sell your data to third parties.

10. Liability
Alt Shows is a ticketing and discovery platform. We are not the organiser or producer of the shows listed. While we take care to list accurate information, we are not liable for any changes to show content, duration, casting or venue made by the organiser. Our liability is limited to the face value of the ticket purchased.
